Price:SunRocket have what must be one of the cheapest prices on the market. At $199 per year, that works out to be less than $17 per month. If price is the major factor in your purchasing decisions, these guys are hard to beat.
Customer Service: SunRocket are getting mixed reviews from consumers so far with the major complaint being setup response time. Ongoing tech support seems to be fine and emails are being answered within 24 hours.
Reliability: SunRocket has had no major outages in the last 12 months. Most of the voice quality problems seem to have been put down to people signing up with too little bandwidth.
Features: SunRockets feature list is very basic for a business consumer. The annual package would be the one to go for only if you need the most fundamental of features and anyone more than a small home office may be disappointed.
Features include:
* Unlimited calling - U.S. and Canada
* Free international minutes ($3.00 allowance every month)
* Free extra phone number
* Two free Directory Assistance calls each month
* All the necessary equipment to get started
* No charge to activate - includes free shipping
* No hidden fees
* Taxes included in the Bottom-Line price
* No cancellation fees
* 31 money back guarantee
Overall: SunRocket are by far the best provider in terms of price, but for a business consumer, their package is quite short on features. If you run a small home office, this may be adequate for your needs, but for any larger business, you would probably be better going with 1TouchTone or MyVoip.
