Price:With their premium business package at $39.99 per month, MyVoip are going to be difficult to beat on price for a business consumer who is looking for at least a few business targetted features. If price is a major consideration and you cannot step down to a basic (ie non-business) features package, this company is going to be difficult to look past.

Customer Service: While we generally research the negative feedback of VOIP providers in terms of customer service, MyVoip are new enough on the market that there really isn’t a lot to say on this issue just yet.

Reliability: MyVoip have yet to have a major interruption to their VOIP service, but again the short history of the company makes it difficult to guage the real reliability of the network. While many claims can be made about the reliability of the technology on which VOIP companies operate, the proof is really in their history of uptime.

Features: MyVoip’s business packages are a little less comprehensive than other business packages we have reviewed (1TouchTone for example) with regards to the features that they offer the business consumer.

Features include:

* Anonymous Caller Rejection
* Caller ID
* Free Three-way Calling
* Call Waiting with ID
* Voicemail
* Web Voicemail
* Free Call Return
* Call Forwarding
* *69 Auto Recall
* *67 Caller ID Block
* Online Billing
* 1 Month Money-Back Guarantee

Overall: MyVoip certainly compete strongly on price for business consumers. Their overall performance in the long term however, is still a little of an unknown and their feature list from a business consumer’s perspective could be improved if anything more than an average set of business features (such as freecall numbers etc) is an important buying consideration.
